AAT is hiring an HR & Admin Specialist to own the full HR and administrative backbone of our Ho Chi Minh City office \u2014 recruitment, employee lifecycle, compensation & benefits, statutory compliance, and the day-to-day administrative operations that keep the business running.<\/p>\n
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role: less policy-writing, more getting things done correctly and on time. A meaningful part of the administrative scope touches invoices, cash\/bank reconciliation, and coordination with our accounting function on tax filings \u2014 so we’re prioritizing candidates with an accounting background or bookkeeping experience.<\/p>\n

\n\u2013 2+ years in an HR\/Admin role, with a background in accounting or bookkeeping strongly preferred for the administrative scope
\n\u2013 Working knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, social insurance, and personal income tax procedures
\n\u2013 Proficient in MS Office\/Google Sheets; familiarity with MISA accounting software<\/a> and public online services is a plus
\n\u2013 High sense of ownership, honesty, attention to detail, and proactive follow-through
\n\u2013 Strong organizational skills \u2014 able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines without dropping the ball
\n\u2013 Good communication across employees, management, and vendors, with discretion around confidential information
