Leo founded AAT with a conviction that the best infrastructure partnerships come from people who have operated at scale — not studied it. As Director of Technology, he sets the strategic direction of AAT’s platform, governs the technology office and leads cross-regional business development between Australia and Vietnam.

A senior member of AAT’s Global Technology Architect team, Dr. Huan Pham leads AAT’s network design and cybersecurity practice.
