ABOUT THE ROLE
AAT’s brand is built on credibility, not volume. The Marketing and Content Specialist is responsible for executing that brand consistently — through written content, digital channels and the materials that support commercial conversations. The founding team sets marketing strategy and brand direction; this role owns the execution. That means producing content that is clear, technically informed and aligned to how enterprise clients in infrastructure and technology actually think. This is not a social media management role. It is a writing and execution role for someone who can translate complex subject matter into professional communications without losing substance.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
– Manage and execute AAT’s content calendar across the website, LinkedIn and email — publishing on schedule to an approved plan
– Write and edit long-form content including insights articles, service capability briefs and thought leadership pieces, working from briefs set by the founding team
– Produce and maintain sales enablement materials — service one-pagers, company profiles and presentation decks — keeping them current as the portfolio evolves
– Coordinate translation and localisation of materials between English and Vietnamese, working with external translators where required
– Liaise with external designers, photographers and creative vendors to produce visual assets to brief
– Track and report on content performance metrics — reach, engagement and lead attribution — and surface findings to the founding team on a regular cadence
– Support event and partner marketing when AAT participates in industry forums, conferences or co-branded activities
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
– 2 to 4 years of experience in a content marketing, communications or B2B marketing role
– Strong English writing ability — you will be assessed on writing at interview; this is the primary requirement of the role
– Demonstrated experience writing about technology, infrastructure, professional services or adjacent sectors
– Proficiency with LinkedIn, basic SEO principles and content scheduling tools
– Ability to work from a brief and exercise editorial judgment without requiring sign-off at every step
– Professional Vietnamese fluency required; the ability to produce bilingual content independently is a strong advantage
– Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Figma is useful — production design is not the core requirement
COMPENSATION
This role carries a competitive salary and annual performance bonus. Full compensation details are discussed at interview.
