The Senior Sales Executive is AAT’s primary closing hire. This person owns a set of named accounts and an active pipeline, runs full sales cycles on mid-market and emerging enterprise opportunities, and is expected to hit targets independently. The role works closely with the founding team on complex or strategic deals and is the internal benchmark for commercial execution. Commission is paid on collected revenue — a structure that rewards real outcomes, not pipeline entries. This is the role for someone who has proven they can close and wants to do it inside a platform that is genuinely differentiated in its market.

– Own a pipeline of active opportunities across AAT’s advisory, deployment and managed services lines
– Run full sales cycles from qualified discovery through proposal, commercial negotiation and signed agreement
– Maintain strong pipeline coverage with multiple active, qualified opportunities at any point
– Build and develop relationships within target accounts, including multi-stakeholder navigation where required
– Ensure CRM data is current and accurate — forecast inputs inform planning decisions at the founding team level
– Contribute market intelligence on buyer priorities, competitive positioning and deal dynamics regularly
– Support the development of junior sales team members through deal reviews and commercial coaching

– 4 to 7 years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrable track record of closing at or above target
– Experience selling technology infrastructure, professional services or managed services to enterprise or mid-market buyers
– Structured approach to pipeline management — you work from data, not from instinct alone
– Strong commercial writing and presentation skills; you can produce a credible proposal independently
– Existing network within the Vietnamese technology or enterprise services market is a meaningful advantage
– Comfortable with cross-border commercial arrangements given AAT’s Australia–Vietnam operating model
COMPENSATION
This role carries a competitive base salary plus performance-based commission on collected revenue, with an uncapped accelerator above target. Full compensation details, including structure and targets, are discussed at interview.
