The Sales Executive is AAT’s first revenue-facing hire below founder level. This is a high-activity role focused on building qualified pipeline, running discovery conversations with prospective clients and progressing deals through to close across AAT’s infrastructure advisory, deployment and managed services portfolio. The role carries a base salary plus performance-based commission tied to revenue collected — a structure that rewards real outcomes. The founders lead enterprise selling; the Sales Executive handles the volume layer and develops the commercial judgment to grow into more complex, higher-value opportunities over time.

– Generate and qualify new pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals and inbound leads
– Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand prospect needs and map them to AAT’s service lines
– Maintain CRM accuracy — every active opportunity updated, every next action logged
– Prepare proposals, commercial summaries and follow-up materials under the direction of senior team members
– Meet monthly and quarterly activity targets across qualified meetings, new opportunities and pipeline value
– Contribute market intelligence on buyer priorities, competitive dynamics and objections on a regular basis

COMPENSATION
This role carries a competitive base salary plus performance-based commission on collected revenue. Full compensation details, including structure and targets, are discussed at interview.
